I am a first year Masters Candidate in the International Development Program at the School of International Service. I am interested in community development, in particular how the poor form livelihoods in response to changing environmental, economic, and social contexts and how communities interact with and participate in the development process. At COTELCO, I am focusing on Internet Governance, in particular on civil society and developing country participation in the emerging internet governance structures and institutions.
