David James, Syracuse University
David James is a first year doctoral student in Information Science and Technology, and a candidate for a Masters degree in Information Management at the School of Information Studies in Syracuse University. David is currently participating in NSF funded research to discover the social and technical factors that affect the performance of virtual organizations. David has also helped the Global Partnership for Disability and Development build the cyberinfrastructure to support the activities of their virtual communities of practice.
