As many of you may know, this week the American Political Science Association (APSA) Annual Meeting will be held in Washington, DC. The panel on which I will present will be Thursday afternoon, 2:00 - 3:45 EST, and is entitled, "Global Information Technology Issues: Policy, Politics & Methods." We are enabling remote participation for our panel (as long as our Internet connectivity holds out). To participate remotely, the webconference link will be available one hour before the panel starts (and will be using Elluminate Live!; which is a cross-platform tool requiring minimal bandwidth of 28.8 kbps to participate). Many thanks again to my colleague Prof. Nanette Levinson, who has done an amazing job as Program Chair for the Information Technology & Politics Section of APSA.
