Erica Seng, American University

Erica Seng is the Program Coordinator for Education and Collaborative Research at the Institute on Disability and Public Policy (IDPP) for the ASEAN Region and a Senior Research Associate at COTELCO. There, she leads the development of research projects, coordinates IDPP participation in conferences, supports the development of grant proposals, and the development of publications.  She also serves as Student Liaison.  In this role, she supports the development of and facilitates MA courses, continuing education sessions, and the student organization.  In the past, Erica served Executive Assistant at the ASEAN Studies Center (2009-2011) and Program Coordinator for TRANSCEND (2010-2011). Erica has interned as a Research Assistant at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies (ISEAS), Singapore in 2010 and at the Institute of Strategic and International Studies (ISIS), Malaysia in 2009. From 2008-2010, she served as the Faculty Assistant of Dr. Pek Koon Heng, Assistant Professor and Director of the ASEAN Studies Center. Erica received her MA in International Affairs with a specialization in Comparative and Regional Studies in 2010 from the School of International Service, American University.
