Hilary Eckert, American University

Hilary is a Graduate Research Associate with COTELCO. She will be focusing on the Institute of Disability and Public Policy project by assisting in project coordination as well the first of three project components to establish baseline indicators on disability. She is working towards a Master's in International Communication at the School of International Service at American University.
