Consuelo Nelson, American University
Consuelo is a Graduate Research Associate with Cotelco contributing to the ASEAN IDPP project's curriculum development in component three. She completed her B.A. in Politics at Mount Holyoke College and is currently working towards a Masters in Public Policy at the School of Public Affairs at American University with a focus in Social Policy.
