South Africa Meets The South Side

The South Africa Meets the South Side project is designed to foster transatlantic dialogue between residents of Syracuse's South Side with residents of a South Africa township. Residents of both communities will share information and grassroots strategies as they work toward developing sustainable skills for revitalizing their communities which share a similar history. The program also provides a forum for Syracuse University to engage with South Africa's University of Fort Hare to discuss community-university partnerships.
