Salina Electronic Village

The Salina Electronic Village projects familiarize South Side residents with existing and new computer technologies, and create employment, information sharing, and communication opportunities. Addressing computer literacy and digital access, projects include the Networking Academy, which provides training necessary for securing a position in the information technology field; a technology center with free public access to computers; and low-cost wireless Internet connectivity to residents and businesses in the South Side.
