Developed and coordinated the qualitative and
quantitative research program for this environmental technology
development and consulting firm, including the Environmental Workforce
Study (EWS) conducted by BTI under contract with the U.S. Department
of Energy (DOE). The purpose of the EWS was to identify
appropriate data and issues relating to the entry, retention and
professional development of women and ethnic minorities involved
in the DOE Environmental Restoration and Waste Management (ERWM)
activities. This project included: task management, research
design, national focus group coordination, development of data
collection instruments and mechanisms for establishing baseline
data, statistical computation/analysis and report generation.
Conducted work at DOE facilities in Colorado (Rocky Flats) and
Washington (Hanford).

Export and Import Prohibition Act, an amendment to the Resource

the Food, Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) and
pesticide Circle of Poison legislation. Represented Greenpeace
at the RCRA Working Group of Environmental Organizations.

hazards of the international trade in wastes. Updated regional
